We regret to inform you that due to the recent surge in silver prices, we will be increasing our prices starting January 10, 2026 (Japan Standard Time).

returns

Returns are accepted only in case of initial defects or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns are accepted only for items that are in new and unused condition.
If you wish to returns your order, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. Then please return it within 7 days after that.

If the ring size does not fit, please contact us by email.
We will correct it only once. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
