At our showroom, you can see our products in person and place an order.
Our products are generally produced on a made-to-order basis.
However, if an item in our showroom fits your size, you may purchase it and take it with you on the same day.

We will start production after receiving your order.

cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you placed your order.

returns

Returns are accepted only in case of initial defects or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns are accepted only for items that are in new and unused condition.
If you wish to returns your order, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt. Then please return it within 7 days after that.

If the ring size does not fit, please contact us by email.
We will correct it only once. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
